( Returns, Refunds & Cancellations )
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Last updated: 5 August 2026
At LARRVÉ, we want you to shop with confidence.
Because LARRVÉ operates both an on-demand fashion platform and a peer-to-peer resale marketplace, different cancellation and return rules apply depending on what you purchase.
LARRVÉ on-demand products are eligible for our 14-day return process, subject to the terms below.
Pre-owned items purchased from private sellers through the LARRVÉ resale marketplace are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. They are instead covered by our 7-Day Buyer Protection process where there is a genuine problem with the transaction.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable law.

( 1. On-Demand Reservations )
Many LARRVÉ products are produced only once sufficient customer demand has been reached.
When you reserve an on-demand item, the purchase price is not charged at the reservation stage.
Your payment method is securely set up through our payment provider so that we can attempt to collect payment if the applicable production threshold is reached and LARRVÉ decides to proceed with production.
A reservation is not a completed purchase and does not itself create a binding purchase contract.
( 2. Cancelling a Reservation )
You may cancel your reservation at any time before payment has been successfully collected and your order has been confirmed.
You can cancel through the functionality available in your LARRVÉ account or by contacting us at contact@larrve.com if you are unable to cancel through the platform.
Because the purchase price has not been collected at the reservation stage, there will normally be no payment to refund.
Once payment has been successfully collected and we send your order confirmation, your order becomes a confirmed purchase and the cancellation and return provisions below apply.
( 3. If a Product Does Not Reach Its Production Threshold )
If an on-demand product does not reach its required production threshold within the applicable reservation period, or if LARRVÉ decides not to proceed with production:
- the product will not proceed to production;
- your reservation will be cancelled;
- you will not be charged the purchase price; and
- we will notify you where appropriate.
Because LARRVÉ uses your payment method for potential future payment rather than collecting the purchase price when you reserve, there will normally be no purchase payment to refund.
Any temporary verification or authorisation shown by your bank or payment provider is subject to that provider's own processing practices.
( 4. On-Demand Production and Cancellation Rights )
LARRVÉ's standard on-demand products are manufactured only after sufficient customer demand has been reached.
The fact that an item is produced on demand does not, by itself, remove your statutory cancellation rights.
Unless a product has been genuinely personalised or made to your individual specifications in circumstances where a legal exception applies, eligible LARRVÉ products remain subject to the cancellation and return rights described in this policy.
If LARRVÉ offers a genuinely personalised or customised product for which a statutory cancellation exception applies, we will make this clear before you place the order.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
( 5. 14-Day Returns for Larrvé Products )
For eligible products purchased directly from LARRVÉ online, you generally have the right to change your mind and notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day you receive your order.
You do not need to provide a reason.
To start a return, please submit your return through the LARRVÉ Returns Portal within the applicable 14-day period.
If you cannot access the Returns Portal, you can notify us at contact@larrve.com.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you must send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.
( 6. Return Condition )
For standard change-of-mind returns, please take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession.
We ask that returned products are:
- unworn and unused, other than reasonable handling to inspect and try on the item;
- in their original condition;
- returned with all original tags attached; and
- returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect and try on an item in a manner reasonably similar to how you could inspect it in a physical shop.
Please do not wear, wash, alter, damage or otherwise use an item beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.
Where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been diminished as a result, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund where permitted by law.
( 7. How to Return a Larrvé Product )
To make a return:
- 1. Open the LARRVÉ Returns Portal.
- 2. Select the relevant order and item.
- 3. Submit your return request within the applicable 14-day cancellation period.
- 4. Follow the return instructions provided.
- 5. Package the item securely.
- 6. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel.
Please keep your proof of postage or tracking information until your return and refund have been completed.
Items sent to us without first being registered through our Returns Portal may take longer to identify and process.
If you cannot access the Returns Portal, contact contact@larrve.com.
( 8. Return Postage )
For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless LARRVÉ expressly states otherwise.
If we provide a prepaid return label, any applicable return charge or deduction will be disclosed to you.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, LARRVÉ will cover reasonable return costs where we are legally responsible for doing so.
( 9. Refunds )
Where you validly exercise your right to cancel an eligible LARRVÉ purchase, we will refund the amounts required by applicable law.
This will generally include:
- the amount you paid for the returned product; and
- the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option, where applicable.
If you selected a more expensive delivery service, such as express or premium delivery, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our standard delivery option.
We may withhold your refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Once the conditions for your refund have been satisfied, we will process it without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Refunds will normally be made to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
After we issue your refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
( 10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Larrvé Products )
If you receive a LARRVÉ product that is:
- faulty;
- damaged;
- incorrect;
- not as described;
- not of satisfactory quality; or
- otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law,
please report the issue through our Returns Portal or contact us at contact@larrve.com.
We may ask you to provide photographs or other reasonable information so that we can understand and resolve the issue.
Your rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period and may continue after that period has expired.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another remedy.
Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
( 11. Exchanges )
Because LARRVÉ operates an on-demand production model, we cannot guarantee that another size, colour or variation will be available.
Where an exchange is available, this will be shown through our Returns Portal or communicated to you by our customer service team.
If an exchange is unavailable, you may return an eligible item in accordance with this policy and make a new reservation or purchase if the item becomes available again.
( 12. Hygiene and Other Return Exceptions )
Certain products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where an exception provided by law applies.
This may include certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
Where a product is subject to a particular return restriction, we will make this clear before purchase where required.
These restrictions do not remove your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or otherwise fails to conform to the contract.
( 13. Resale Items Are Final Sale )
LARRVÉ Resale Marketplace
The LARRVÉ resale marketplace allows private individuals to sell eligible pre-owned items to other users.
The LARRVÉ 14-day change-of-mind returns policy applies to eligible products sold directly by LARRVÉ. It does not apply to pre-owned items purchased from private sellers through the resale marketplace.
Resale marketplace purchases from private sellers are therefore final sale, except where the purchase qualifies for a claim under our 7-Day Buyer Protection process.
A resale item cannot be returned simply because:
- you changed your mind;
- you no longer want the item;
- the item does not fit;
- you do not like the colour, style or appearance after receiving it;
- you purchased the wrong size where the seller accurately stated the size;
- you purchased the item by mistake; or
- you found the same or a similar item elsewhere for a different price.
Please review the listing, photographs, measurements where provided, condition and description carefully before purchasing a resale item.
( 14. 7-Day Buyer Protection )
Although resale purchases are final sale, LARRVÉ provides a 7-Day Buyer Protection process for genuine problems with resale transactions.
You may raise a dispute where:
- the item is materially different from its listing or description;
- the item has significant damage, defects or alterations that were not disclosed;
- you received the wrong item;
- the item is counterfeit or there are reasonable grounds to question its authenticity;
- the item was materially misrepresented by the seller; or
- the item has not been received.
Buyer Protection is not intended to provide a change-of-mind return right for resale purchases.
( 15. The 7-Day Dispute Window )
The buyer has 7 days from confirmed delivery to inspect the resale item and raise an eligible dispute through LARRVÉ.
During this 7-day period, the seller's payout remains pending.
For the purpose of calculating the dispute period, delivery will generally be determined using the delivery or tracking information supplied by the applicable courier.
If you are satisfied with the item, you may confirm successful receipt through LARRVÉ where that functionality is available.
If you confirm successful receipt and acceptance of the item, LARRVÉ may release the seller's payout before the 7-day period expires.
If no eligible dispute is raised within 7 days of confirmed delivery, the transaction will be treated as completed and the seller's payout will become eligible for release.
( 16. Raising a Resale Dispute )
A dispute must be raised through LARRVÉ within the 7-day dispute period.
You should explain the problem clearly and provide any evidence reasonably required to assess the claim.
This may include:
- photographs of the item received;
- photographs showing damage, defects or other discrepancies;
- photographs of the packaging;
- details explaining how the item differs from the listing;
- shipping or tracking information; and
- other information reasonably requested by LARRVÉ.
While a dispute is being reviewed, you must not wear, wash, alter, repair, damage, dispose of or otherwise materially change the item.
The item should be kept in the condition in which it was received.
( 17. What Happens When a Dispute Is Opened )
If an eligible dispute is opened within the 7-day dispute period, the seller's payout will remain on hold while LARRVÉ reviews the matter.
We may review information including:
- the original listing;
- listing photographs;
- the seller's description;
- evidence supplied by the buyer;
- evidence supplied by the seller;
- communications made through the platform;
- courier information;
- tracking information;
- proof of delivery; and
- other information reasonably relevant to the dispute.
Both the buyer and seller must cooperate reasonably with our investigation.
Failure to provide requested information may affect our ability to determine the dispute.
( 18. Resale Dispute Outcomes )
After reviewing a dispute, LARRVÉ may, as appropriate:
- reject the claim and release the seller's payout;
- request additional evidence;
- approve a return to the seller;
- cancel the transaction;
- issue or facilitate a refund to the buyer;
- release all or part of the seller's payout; or
- take another reasonable action appropriate to resolving the transaction.
Where we approve a return, the buyer must follow the return instructions provided by LARRVÉ.
Resale items must not be returned to a seller unless LARRVÉ has approved the return as part of a Buyer Protection dispute.
If a return is approved, the buyer must return the same item they received and must not substitute, materially alter or damage the item.
Where a buyer fails to return an item after a return has been approved or fails to follow reasonable return instructions, we may close the dispute and release the seller's payout where appropriate.
( 19. Seller Payout and the 7-Day Window )
The resale payout period and Buyer Protection dispute period operate together.
Seller proceeds remain pending for up to 7 days following confirmed delivery.
If the buyer confirms successful receipt and acceptance of the item before the end of the 7-day period, LARRVÉ may release the payout earlier.
If no eligible dispute has been raised by the end of the 7-day period, the seller's payout becomes eligible for release.
If an eligible dispute is raised within the 7-day period, the payout remains on hold until the dispute has been resolved.
Once LARRVÉ releases a payout, Stripe Connect, the seller's bank or another payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds become available.
( 20. Counterfeit Resale Items )
Counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited on LARRVÉ.
Sellers must only list items they reasonably believe to be authentic and must provide accurate information about the item's brand and origin.
If a buyer reasonably believes that an item is counterfeit, they must raise a dispute within the 7-Day Buyer Protection period where reasonably possible.
We may request photographs, proof of purchase, authentication information or other evidence from either party.
Where we determine that an item is counterfeit or otherwise prohibited, we may cancel the transaction, refund the buyer, withhold or reverse the seller's payout where legally and technically permitted, remove the listing, restrict or suspend the seller's account and take other appropriate action.
We may also cooperate with payment providers, rights holders or relevant authorities where appropriate.
( 21. Items Lost in Delivery )
If a resale item has not been received, the buyer should report the issue through LARRVÉ.
We may review courier tracking, proof of delivery and other relevant evidence.
A seller should retain proof of postage and use any shipping method required by LARRVÉ.
Where an item is lost during delivery, responsibility and any refund or compensation will be determined in accordance with the circumstances, applicable law, the delivery method used and any applicable LARRVÉ marketplace rules.
( 22. Abuse of Buyer Protection )
Buyer Protection exists to protect genuine buyers from materially misrepresented, counterfeit, incorrect or undelivered items.
It must not be used to obtain a change-of-mind return or improperly avoid a legitimate purchase.
We may investigate suspected abuse, including:
- falsely claiming that an item was not received;
- deliberately damaging an item;
- returning a different item;
- substituting a counterfeit item;
- materially altering an item before raising a dispute;
- providing fabricated evidence; or
- repeatedly making fraudulent claims.
Where we reasonably identify fraud or serious abuse, we may reject a fraudulent claim, restrict or suspend the account and take other appropriate action.
Nothing in this section allows us to refuse a remedy to which a user is legally entitled.
( 23. Private Sellers )
The LARRVÉ resale marketplace is intended for individuals selling their own eligible pre-owned items as private sellers.
Sellers must not falsely present themselves as private individuals where they are actually acting for purposes relating to a trade, business, craft or profession.
If we reasonably believe a seller is operating commercially, we may request additional information, restrict their selling activity, require compliance with additional terms or suspend their account.
The legal rights applicable to a transaction depend on the actual status of the parties and cannot be avoided simply by describing a seller as private.
Further seller obligations are contained in our Seller Terms.
( 24. Promotional Codes and Discounts )
General Provisions
Where an eligible LARRVÉ product purchased directly from us using a promotional code or discount is returned, your refund will normally be based on the amount you actually paid for that item.
Where a promotion depended on purchasing multiple items or meeting a minimum spend, returning part of an order may affect the promotional benefit where this was clearly stated in the applicable promotional terms.
( 25. Return and Refund Fraud )
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity or serious abuse of our returns, refunds or Buyer Protection systems.
This includes deliberately returning different goods, submitting false evidence, making fraudulent non-delivery claims or attempting to obtain a refund dishonestly.
Where appropriate, we may restrict or suspend an account and may refer suspected fraud to our payment providers or relevant authorities.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you have.
( 26. Changes to This Policy )
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, procedures or legal obligations.
Changes will apply from the effective date shown in the updated policy.
We will not retrospectively remove statutory or contractual rights that applied to a transaction when it was entered into.
