Last updated: 5 August 2026

Larrvé ("LARRVÉ", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how and why we use it, who we may share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you.

This policy applies when you use the LARRVÉ website, create an account, reserve or purchase an item, sell or purchase an item through our resale marketplace, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.

When you provide payment details, certain information is provided directly to our payment provider. LARRVÉ does not store your complete debit or credit card details.

We may receive limited information relating to your payment, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, the type of payment method used and limited card information such as the last four digits.

When you reserve an on-demand item, your payment method may be securely set up through Stripe so that payment can be collected if the applicable production threshold is reached.

( 3. Our Lawful Bases For Using Your Information )

UK data protection law requires us to have a lawful basis for processing personal information.

Depending on the circumstances, we rely on the following lawful bases.

Contract

We process information where it is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you, including to:

  • create and manage your account
  • manage reservations
  • process purchases
  • fulfil and deliver orders
  • process returns and refunds
  • facilitate marketplace transactions

Legal Obligation

We may process information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, including accounting, tax, regulatory and reporting requirements.

Legitimate Interests

We may process information where necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

These interests may include:

  • operating and improving LARRVÉ
  • providing customer support
  • protecting our customers, sellers and platform
  • preventing and investigating fraud or misuse
  • establishing, exercising or defending legal claims
  • maintaining appropriate business records
  • understanding how our services perform

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the nature and impact of the processing and your rights before doing so.

Consent

Where required, we rely on your consent, including for certain marketing communications or technologies that require consent.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

( 4. Reservations and Production Demand )

LARRVÉ operates an on-demand production model.

When you reserve an item, we process information about your reservation to administer it and determine whether sufficient demand exists for the item to enter production.

Reservation information may therefore contribute to aggregate demand calculations used to determine whether a production threshold has been reached.

If the applicable threshold is reached, we may use your stored payment method through our payment provider to attempt to collect the amount due and, if successful, process your order.

If a product does not proceed to production, we retain or delete information relating to the reservation in accordance with our retention practices and applicable legal requirements.

( 5. Payment Processing )

We use third-party payment providers, including Stripe, to process payments and support certain marketplace payment and payout functions.

Payment information you provide may be processed directly by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own privacy terms.

LARRVÉ does not store complete payment card details.

Payment providers may carry out their own fraud prevention, identity verification, compliance and security activities.

( 6. Who We Share Information With )

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share personal information where necessary with trusted third parties, including:

  • payment processors and payment infrastructure providers
  • delivery and courier companies
  • hosting and technology providers
  • email and communications providers
  • customer support providers
  • professional advisers, such as accountants, auditors and legal advisers
  • fraud prevention and security providers
  • marketplace buyers or sellers where information is reasonably necessary to complete a transaction
  • government, regulatory, tax, law enforcement or other authorities where required or permitted by law

We aim to provide third parties only with information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

( 7. International Data Transfers )

Some of the organisations that provide services to LARRVÉ may process personal information outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take appropriate steps to ensure that it receives a level of protection consistent with applicable UK data protection law.

Depending on the destination and service provider, this may include relying on UK adequacy regulations or using appropriate contractual safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

You can contact us at contact@larrve.com if you would like further information about safeguards relating to an applicable international transfer.

( 8. How Long We Keep Your Information )

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and regulatory requirements.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why we hold it.

For example:

  • account information may generally be retained while your account remains active and for an appropriate period afterwards
  • transaction and financial records may be retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and legal requirements
  • customer service and dispute information may be retained for an appropriate period after the matter is resolved
  • seller information may be retained where required for legal, tax, payment or marketplace reporting purposes
  • marketing information may be retained until you unsubscribe or otherwise withdraw your consent, subject to retaining limited suppression information where necessary to ensure we respect your preference

When information is no longer reasonably required, we will delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it as appropriate.

( 9. Security )

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, destruction or misuse.

These measures may include access controls, secure systems, encryption where appropriate and the use of established payment and technology providers.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and should contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

( 10. Cookies and Analytics )

LARRVÉ may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for essential website functionality, such as maintaining sessions, remembering certain preferences, providing security and enabling core website features.

We currently use Plausible Analytics for privacy-friendly, aggregate website analytics. Plausible does not use tracking cookies or persistent identifiers to track individual visitors across websites.

We do not currently use advertising or retargeting technologies such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or similar marketing trackers.

If we introduce non-essential cookies or tracking technologies that require consent in the future, we will update our practices and provide appropriate information and consent controls where required.

Further information is available in our Cookie Policy.

( 11. Marketing Communications )

If you choose to receive marketing communications from LARRVÉ, we may send you information about products, collections, platform updates, offers or other news that we think may be relevant to you.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in a marketing email or by contacting us at contact@larrve.com.

Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent us from sending essential service communications relating to your account, reservations, purchases, sales or other transactions.

( 12. Your Data Protection Rights )

Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis on which we process your information, you may have the right to:

  • request access to personal information we hold about you

  • request deletion of your personal information in certain circumstances
  • request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
  • object to certain processing

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to exceptions under applicable law.

Your Right to Object

Where we process your personal information on the basis of our legitimate interests, you may have the right to object to that processing. You also have the right to object to the use of your personal information for direct marketing.

To exercise a data protection right, contact us at contact@larrve.com.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

( 13. Complaints )

If you have concerns about how we use your personal information, please contact us first at contact@larrve.com so that we can investigate your concern.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator.

( 14. Automated Decision-Making )

We do not currently use personal information to make solely automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Our automated calculation of whether a product has received sufficient reservations to reach a production threshold is based on aggregate product demand and is not intended to constitute automated decision-making about an individual.

If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any additional information required by law.

( 15. Children )

LARRVÉ is not intended for children under the age of 18 to independently enter into transactions through the platform.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children for the purpose of enabling them to enter into marketplace transactions independently.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us.

( 17. Changes to This Privacy Policy )

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to LARRVÉ, our technology, our legal obligations or the way we process personal information.

Where a change is significant, we may notify you through the website, by email or by another appropriate method.

The date at the top of this Privacy Policy shows when it was last updated.
